Israel does not commit genocide or ethnic cleansing, as it does not indiscriminately fire at or specifically target civilians. How could this claim even be possible when the population of Palestinians has increased by some 500% since 1948? It’s a dangerous lie used to vilify Israel and dehumanize Jews.
Long answer
It is a fact Israel is not committing a genocide or ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians. Genocide is the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group. There is absolutely no evidence that Israel is doing such a thing. Following Hamas’ brutal attack on October 7, 2023, Israel launched a war of self-defense to eliminate the terrorist organization that endangers the lives of Israelis; it is by no means a war against the Palestinian people. How could it be possible that there is a genocide or ethnic cleansing of Palestinians when the population of Palestinians increased by some 500% since 1948? So let’s be clear: saying that Israel is committing genocide or ethnic cleansing is a dangerous lie used to vilify Israel and dehumanize Jews.
