Israel is doing its best to allow the passage of food and other humanitarian aid into Gaza, while making sure no weapons get through. The bottleneck is due to the UN’s inability to deliver the aid once it’s been inspected, and also due to Hamas just stealing the aid and shooting any Palestinians resisting.
