Long answer

The Quranic verse 5:21 proves that the Israelites (an ancient name for the Jews/Israelis) have the right to the Holy Land.

It shows in Arabic as describing Moses (Musa in Arabic) mentioning the word of God to his people by saying:

يَـٰقَوْمِ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْأَرْضَ ٱلْمُقَدَّسَةَ ٱلَّتِى كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَلَا تَرْتَدُّوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَدْبَارِكُمْ فَتَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَـٰسِرِينَ

Which translates to: “My people! Enter the Holy Land which Allah has destined for you ˹to enter˺. And do not turn back or else you will become losers.”

This means that, according to the Islamic interpretation, Allah (God) assigned this land to them.

Arabs and Muslims in various places around the world recognize this fact, which is also reflected in recent peace and normalization treaties by countries such as the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Egypt, and Jordan, which have recognized Israel as a sovereign state in its land.
