It is incredibly difficult to say whether babies are being killed in Gaza due to military action by the IDF, as there are vast amounts of misinformation being spread by Hamas. Even if a rocket misfired by Hamas actually kills babies in Gaza, they would surely claim that it was the fault of Israel.
