Short answer

Israel did not attack the Iranian embassy in Syria. It did fire on a nearby building belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, to neutralize a high ranking Iranian general that was partially responsible for the preparation and planning of the Octobers 7th massacre.
