Do major news networks believe terrorists without checking their sources?

Short answer

Even the major news networks do not know if the information they broadcast is correct, because it all comes from ministries managed by Hamas

Long answer

Since Hamas is functioning as the de-facto government of Gaza, all relevant ministries there are controlled by it. Major networks often do not cross-check with other sources and just publish the claims of the Hamas controlled ministries. It has also been shown that some reporters working on behalf of the major news providers have collaborated closely with Hamas, including being invited to witness and film the October 7th massacre in Israel.
