In November 2023, the IDF uncovered weapons, tunnel shafts, and a command room under Al-Shifa Hospital, Gaza’s largest medical center. In April 2024, another Hamas tunnel entrance was found inside the Al-Ahli Hospital compound. And now in 2025, Sinwar and other top Hamas terrorists were hiding under the European Hospital in Khan Younis. Same tactic, every time.
