Is the UN extremely biased against Israel?

Short answer

There is a clear double standard by the UN when it comes to Israel. There is plenty of proof, documented by organizations like UN Watch.

Long answer

Israel is treated differently by the UN, but not in a positive way. It is subjected to repeated, disproportionate criticism and condemnation, despite facing continuous security threats and having to take necessary actions for self-defense. While other nations actually engage in grave human rights violations and go unnoticed, Israel is singled out and disproportionately blamed for actions it did not commit. These responses are selective, discriminatory, and represent a double standard.
